Many times is very useful can search in the suscribed and favorites threads
But also is good idea can do it in Private Messages and drafts, However not is so needed
Could you give an example of when it would be useful?

No, Sir. You can search within threads themselves however (in 1.4)
But can be included in mybb 1.4.1? I posted in ideas section

No, it can't. Feature releases are not in maintenance or security releases.
And just because you post the idea doesn't even mean it will ever make it into MyBB either.
