I cant install mybb Forum
My Database Engine is Mysql Improved
and its too hard to post here
i try 2-5 times before i post this message cause its saying that message missing but i already wrote

First im Installing Forum
My Site is
http://DotA-GamerZ.0fees.net
then i add /install at the end it will be
http://DotA-GamerZ.0fees.net/install/
after that
i next and next it
after that
it request me to give
my database name
username
password
and so on
after that. its loading and loading then its not continuing
it says
The connection is timeout, but i also ask my friend about that, same with my problem he say

looks like a host issue ... have you allowed time for the host to resolve your site ?

or just buy some space ... I have never had this problem ... but of course I always pay .. this gives an issue with free hosting
can i pm u then give the details of my ftp/database ?
and u install it
