I attached a screenshot of the bottom of my forum. I made a red box around the very bottom. I would like that boxed area to have a black background, with all white text. I also want the links to be white but I want them underlined so they stand out better.

Could anybody give me a code and/or instructions on how to do this?

You'll need to change #copyright in global.css

Oh one more thing. How do I make all the links white and underlined in just that particular area?
