i read how to allow html in a forum. /admin/index.php?module=forum and edit that forum and tick allow to post html
but , i just want my account - admin have permisson to post html , everywhere on my global forum , not everyone.

How to do that ? sorry for my bad English

use html in posts plugin instead of that setting ..
