In the bottom menu where there are links for "Contact Us" "Return to top", how do I edit the links, so I can get rid of "RSS Syndication" and add other links?

I tried editing through

Templates & Styles --> Templates --> Footer

but I can only get rid of the entire bottom menu. I don't know how to edit each item individually. Can anyone help me?

I found that you can edit the text on the links at

admin panel --> configuration --> languages --> * your language * --> options (button) --> edit language variables -->

But now, I'm wondering how to edit where the links are directed to...
Any suggestions?
