Resource Usage Overview something eat my resource in Cpanel got this warn so anyone to help me understad it

Can you post more details? From the looks of the message it seems that you have too many cron jobs running at the same time, or they are running too often which are using a lot of resources.

noticed to resorce goes wild dont know reason for that maybe bad server configuration or some script in mybb tell me about.

Contact your host. MyBB is a very lightweight software. Unless you have tons of plugins, MyBB shouldn't be the problem.
