Recently I had many bots keep registering on my forum and I would just keep blocking them and they have stopped for the most part. Now when I go to my forum it redirects me right away to a spam website saying I won something.

Can someone please help me with this issue I dont know how I can stop it from redirecting to that website.

I was going to try to show a pic of my plugins but now its doing it too when I try going into my AdminCP.

It works for me. What browser are you using?
Check your htaccess file for any suspicious lines.

It's doesn't show anything weird. How would I know what it should be showing?

Well, if you see anything referencing that domain/spam website, then that should be removed.

Mind posting the contents of it? I might be able to find something, otherwise we can check other files.

What version of MyBB are you using? It isn't impossible possible they used an exploit to inject HTML into one of your pages to do a meta redirect, or something similar.
