oops, did not catch the formatting issue. yes that is colspan problem. did it just appear after being correct previously? did you add a plugin or edit a template recently?

Please send me the AdminCP logins so I could see what and where the issue is. From the page source I only suspect that its theme's issue. So best bet is to contact the theme's author.
