For a long time I don't wanne upgrade my forum to 1.6 but now I had to it because of the problems I have with double post in MYBB 1.4.13.

Before I wanne do this I wanne make a test forum, so I can make a look a like design.
I wanne make a back-up of the database without turning of the plugins (because I do not know how long it takes when the test forum is ready). What database tables do I had to select for export from 1.4.13 and later import in 1.6.?

You'll more then likely have to export your whole database, then put it into another MySQL user/database name, do the upgrade there so you can see how everything runs etc, and then once your pleased do the main upgrade on the actual database you are wanting to keep.
