The new 1.6 style for forum permissions isn't being styled anymore. I am pretty sure they were styled correctly only a few days ago.

Either the style isn't being applied or a template has been reverted or something.

Edit: Okay so I refresh now and the style is applied again. This was after I refreshed multiple times today. Is a CSS file not downloading or something??
