An old moderator, now set as normal user is still shown in the team page.
I checked his group and his membership on the profile and he result as normal user.
I also checked on the forums moderator page that he is not a moderator.
I refreshed some cache but he is still shown as moderator.

Is possible to fix it?

does he have any secondary groups that could make him a moderator

Check through his Additional Usergroups in the Admin Control Panel.

No he is set as normal user also in additional group...

Guys i still have this problem

Ensure none of the usergroups he's in are checked to be shown on the forum team page.

I tried without solving it.
I noticed that if I remove moderators from the team page normal moderators are not shown, and that user is not shown too.
He is a normal member in first group and also as additional group and he is shown as a normal member too.
I don't know why is still shown on team page as moderator.

no. i'm thinking it's a bug
