which file(s) make connection with sql ?
i must find, because my host says "to fix your language error you have to find these files and add the codes
they are the codes
SET CHARACTER SET latin5;
SET collation_connection = 'latin5_turkish_ci';
please help me ......
This is in the wrong section, this should be in general support.
Where are you getting that from? that error? or is that your hoster that is saying you should run those mysql queries? Most hosts have PHPMyAdmin an MySQL management web application, there you can run those queries.

Try this
Download the file under here and upload it to your root folder, your forum folder that is. And go to that page in your browser, <yourpageuri>/char_fix.php
And it should do what they said you should do. However I'm not sure that fixes the problem, try it though.
Oh, remember to delete the file after your done.
It's suppose to be white page, white page is good. page with text on == bad.
