I just installed a new copy of mybb on this adress

i am unable to see the homepage,index,but i can view the ADMIN CP,but the index page is not showing up.

I installed properly i guess.

Whats the problem ?

Are you sure you fully uploaded the files? It seems like you uploaded them but nothing is in the file itself.
Try uploaded a newly downloaded copy of MyBB again, (you don't need to install it however) and overwrite all the other files.

Yes overwrite all of the files, but don't copy over the /install/ directory since you won't need that.
