Hello, I'm really stuck here. I would like to decrease the size of the "blue" on the header so its not so big.

How do i do this?

The blue area is a background image: http://www.fmtactician.net/forum/images/glowing/bg.png

You can replace it with your own version of the image tailored to your needs.

But which template and how do i move the search bar etc up?
