Hi this might be a silly question but I just received a pm from a user asking how to delete there a count the of thing is it was addressed from mybb engine so was wondering how it was addressed from the mybb engine rather than their username?

They must have been deleted by the time you read it.

It's "MyBB Engine" because the user no longer exists.

I am the admin and have not deleted them yet?

Scrap that I just went to view pm and now it shows name maybe I read the message faster than the system could produce the username?!
