What is Primody?
Primody is a gaming marketplace with a forum attached. It's 100% custom coded by mostly Chrisdothtml, with some by Mike. It's a place for people to sell their MMORPG and console items hassle-free to other members.

How is Primody better than other communities?
Primody is just starting out, so obviously it's not yet better. However, with content and a good member base, we will be able to squash our competitors. Communities like MMOExchange and Sythe are just simple vBulletin forums straight out of the box. They upload a theme, and say it's a marketplace. We put months of effort and time, as well as money into Primody.

Is Primody similar to Playerauctions?
It is similar in the way that it's listing sales (a better comparison would be Craigslist). Unlike Playerauctions, we do not need to verify any of your personal information. The only people who need to verify their information with us are the official middlemen, who will be the most trusted middlemen you will ever meet.

We do not have a built-in payment method yet, unlike Playerauctions. You just list your sale on Primody, then they pay you off-site. However, we are working on researching and developing a new system with points that you will be able to buy on Primody, and then when you buy something from another member, you give them some points (however much they ask/you offer), and then they can cash them out.

Will there be any fun competitions?
Yes, actually. Primody will be holding many competitions in the upcoming days. They will be directly related to post/sale count, and the quality of your contributions. We plan on giving away hundreds of dollars in MMORPG items/gold/accounts to get the community off the ground. We encourage everyone to sign up and take part.

Is it really that hard to read the rules? We've even made it a sticky.
