So I've been testing the mybb forum and it seems to look great with the plugins and all until noticing a reply to myself on many posts.

Reply is not working and it shows a small box after quick reply saying " messages in this thread"

So when i click this it will show a reply typed with my username in "messages in this thread" but it doesn't work right. Instead of on the main reply page it goes to a whole new page for a reply.

On other people's mybb forums it doesnt look like this at all for a reply, its terrible please help. Here is an example

You're viewing it in "Threaded" mode, click "Linear Mode" on the top right of the thread.

Users can set this as well via their User CP.

If you want to change it global wide, go to: Admin CP > Configuration > Settings > Show Thread Options.

Make sure the setting, "Usenet Style Thread View", is set to "No".
