This problem only happens for some people. For the majority, it does not, including myself. But I've gotten 2 people telling me it looks like this so far:



But for me, and the majority of others, it'd look like this:



Can anyone explain why? It is not a browser thing as they said they use Chrome and I use Chrome as well. I told them to sign out and try refreshing with Ctrl+F5 but to no avail.

Help?

I'm unsure why, hopefully someone more advanced than me can help you, but it seems to work fine for my Firefox, and IE. But the problem appears in Chrome for me as well.
