i need this removed.. plugin is delted and everything but this stayed..i reuploaded index page but doesnt help.. can anyone tell me ehat to do?

You open up the the one that your theme uses.
Here is what you do:
Right click your webpage
Press View Page Source
Find where this is linked, Its most likely in the header
You will see something like:
<!-- start: header -->
Now, Go to:
ACP -> Templates & Styles -> Templates -> Your Template -> Header Templates -> Whichever one its linked in!
Now find the code that tells it to display the box and delete it.

even default theme is messed up, i was trying to do something and messed it up even more, if i reupload the theme will be ok agin?
