Obviously you have a way to upload stuff to your forum, because you installed it.

Download the ZIP file from the mods site. Unzip it. There is a folder structure in there. Basically upload each file in the ZIP to its respective part in your forum's directories.

I may be able to do TeamViewer later, but I have other work to do right now — sorry .

You can't upload files with IcyBoards. You'll have to contact the owners of the service.

I don't think IcyBoards allow database backups. You'd have to find a webhost then install MyBB manually.

you need to get a webhost that provides Webspace, Mysql database, PHP5 and preferrably PHPmyadmin. these things allow you to upload the files required to the host and setup a new site? i doubt you will be able to transfer your stuff from icyboards but i may be wrong. I am sure there will be people that can help you out if you get a webhost.
