Hi!
I want to send a mass mail.
I created it about 30 minuets ago but it is in Mass Mail Queue yet.
Why?
I choose a user for this mass mail (for test).
whats reason of this delay?
It depends on your Mass Mail task.
In Admin CP, click Tools & Maintenance > Task Manager, then look for "Mass Mail". Click that open.
You can shorten the times so it does it every few minutes, and make sure you have all days selected & every month.
After saving that, and you're back on the Tasks list, look for the clock icon with the green arrow on the same row as the "Mass Mail", click that to immediately start your Mass Mailing.
This normally works for me, hope that helps you.

I check it and change time but it is in mass mail queue yet!
No problem, and yeah it can take a while, depending how many users it has to go through and how many users you've set per query. I usually give mine a couple of hours, but you'll notice the completion percentage slowly moving up.
