If my forum grows in future then i need to change the hosting from shared to dedicating hosting, so i want to know that can i easily transfer my forum to another host easily or not... can i face any problem to upload big database file to another hosting?

Indeed you can. Simply backup, restore, and change the database information in ./inc/config.php.
