After I upgraded my board to 1.6.6, all new users trying to register are getting the following fatal error. Please help.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function unicode_chr() in /home/content/s/a/l/salmanmania/html/forum/inc/datahandlers/user.php on line 73

Re-upload ./inc/datahandlers/user.php from a fresh download and overwrite the existing file.
