Hi ,

I am using Awards (2.0) Created by Nickman

I wanted to know\request if there is a plugin which would have a feature like members Requesting for a Reward or Recommending Other Members for a Reward..

Like on this forum (It is a VBulletin Board)

Please let me know how do i achieve it??

You could do this with the plugin's addon. You've to request it though.
