When using the inline mod tool I get this and it is similar in the acp when trying to use actions

Sorry, but you did not select any threads to perform inline moderation on, or your previous moderation session has expired (Automatically after 1 hour of inactivity). Please select some threads and try again.

Does the post or thread counter show in "Go" button like this image?

It also occured to me that it may have something to do with all of content/members on the site are from a merge. However I can move single threads at once by going into the thread
