is there going to be a Warning System in mybb 1.2 like the one for IPB that is one of the things that makes IPB better at the mo but the rest of the mybb code is better to me

No there is not going to be a warning system in 1.2. MyBB 1.2's code is nearly finished and no more features will be added. I also don't know if a warning system will be a following release or not.
Tikitiki has released a beta plugin for the new warning system.
Credit goes to Smethead - I only updated the plugin to work with MyBB 1.2
ok nice i will look at this when mybb 1.2 comes out for us to use

That goes for a lot of features and we have to consider what is important enough to include and what is not.
