hi i`ve got my mybb forum online but how do i upload the backup from my other forum with is phpbb3 can some1 help please

You can upload it via phpMyAdmin or a similar database tool your host may have.

Use the merging system on your phpBB3 database, it'll then make it turn into a MyBB database system and you can use MyBB from your old phpBB3 information.
