I tried to delete one of my own messages and got this error:

It was the last post in the thread when I tried to delete it, and probably still is.

Tim went through and redid the permissions a long time ago for General discussion and testing and trashing. (Not sure if web administration was a subforum back then) I don't believe we are supposed to the the ability to delete posts.

If you need a post deleted you can report it, otherwise you should be able to edit it.
