MyBB SQL Error
MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
145 - Table '.\forum\mybb_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
Query:
DELETE FROM mybb_sessions WHERE ip='173.245.55.116'
Please contact the MyBB Group for support.

Run the following query in phpmyadmin:

repair table mybb_sessions;

Have you got phpmyadmin in hosting panel?

ok so this is something i cant fix through MyBB Control Panel?

No. You have to use a third party software such as phpmyadmin. You host should provide this.

You can run the SQL queries right through your AdminCP (MyBB Control Panel) if you install this plugin: http://mods.mybb.com/view/mysquirrel

my Forum is Hosted on a VPS.. i dont see any Third party Software phpmyadmin
