1) Make topic links have a title="" in them and the text for those be the first so many characters of the first topic. So when you hover over the topic links, you can see the first bit of a sentence or two in the first post.
2) Forum, Threads, Posts and Last Post; in those columns on the main index, the text should be vertically center aligned and the text for Lost Post should be left aligned, aligned to the right looks wierd...
3) On the topic view index, sticky topics should be seperated by just a small bar, not a full bar at the top saying Important Threads and one below saying Normal Threads. Also, stickied topics should be like "Sticky: Topic title here...".
4) Again on the topic view index, the author's name should be moved under the topic title. New topics' links should be bold. Replies and Views should be moved to after the Last Post column. The "Last post" text should be just "By:" and shouldn't be a link. Then after the username, there should be an icon for the "last post" link.
I'd like to see the posts seperated like vB does them as well, but I think it'd be too big of a change concidering how you've got the post display in the topics set up. Yes these are ideas from vB, but face it, it looks alot better...
