Ok, I will first admit I was stupid and did not read the installation instructions for this plugin (Admin CP Honeypot). Consequently, I just dragged everything into filezilla, with override all active. Now I can't access the admin cp because I never renamed the original folder. Is there a way to undo this or repair it?
Please help!
Download a fresh copy of MyBB and re-upload the admin directory.

It shouldn't, assuming you only override the admin folder. If you copy / paste the entire installation, your client could delete the plugin files (unlikely, but possible).
Your settings are stored in the database, so they won't be affected (*with the exception of your config file, which isn't located in the admin directory).
