in our forum when we dlet a sub forum all of the topic remove but the static show the number of removed topic we remove 50 topic but it show again 120( example) how can i do that it minus the removed topic number

If the numbers are not counting properly, log in to your admin cp and scroll down on the left hand side. Towards the bottom you will see a Maintenance section. Click on Recount Stats. Then click on Proceed and you should be good to go.

Try posting something in that forum, and the number of threads/posts in that forum should be recounted.

dear support member i mean that i remove some forum and it also removed its topic too. but in the site counter that show number ofpost it did not minus the number that i removed i wanna know how should i do that it minus it's number in counter

Try rebuilding the cache.. ACP -> Maintenance -> Cache Manager -> forums -> Rebuild Cache

Try the "Recount Stats" link at the bottom of the Admin CP navigation bar.
