when i go to my forum, say me that
MyBB SQL Error

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.
SQL Error:
145 - Table '.mybb_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
Query:
SELECT * FROM mybb_sessions WHERE sid='0e553d2fa9b26ad7310c2a29a3bc9263' AND LIMIT 1

Your .mybb_sessions table has crashed in your database. Unfortunately, I'm no good with SQL databases so I'm not going to be able to help you with this one, sorry.

Go into phpMyadmin under the username of your MyBB database user, find your database name that MyBB uses, find table mybb_sessions and then hit "repair" and it'll do it for you.
