I am currently running v1.6.6, which was recently installed as an upgrade to v1.4. Recently we began seeing some of our users passwords not working, and as admins we are having to reset those passwords so the user can log back in and assign a new password. I dont know that we have a screen shot, but its becoming an issue I cannot locate a fix for. I do note a fix involving cookies for other password issues, but am not sure if this is the fix I need.
