Ok, i could properly fix the multidatabase setup,
There are 2 servers (server1, and server3) server1 has a slave database from server3, it writes to server3 database and reads from his own database.
server3 reads and writes to his own database.
it seems when the post message is processed by server1 it does not update the forum/thread counter, so, users can't know when a new message has been write if they don't read the thread
