We are having a signature problem in our forum, some members can put a signature and can be viewed in posts. But, some of my members places signature but only visible on their CP or profile view but not visible on the posts.

I've checked everything settings etc. Can anyone guide me on this one?

The users might not have checked the enable their own signature. Have them go to User Control Panel>Change Signature> Enable my signature in all of my existing posts.

We have checked it already, still problem exists.

What is the suggested size for signature?

Everytime I choose Enable signature in all posts and I've saved, and tried to view it again it goes back to Do not change signature preferences . Is this normal? Sorry I'm not so exposed to this.
