Do they all have Arabic (apologies if it isn't actually Arabic!) text in them? Something on the server doesn't like what's submitted, may be that. If not, do you have access to your server's error logs? That might have an explanation for what's causing the error.

Suhosin is something to talk to your host about.

I spoke with the hosting , They said the problem is MyBB

Oh course they would. Fact is though, MyBB does not generate 406 and 409 errors itself, it's the server that is generating them, and we have no way of knowing what on the server is triggering them; as you're practically the only person having the problem it would indicate it's something specific to your setup.

As I said, there's not really a lot more we can do, something on the server is triggering these errors but we have no way of knowing what, only your host will.
