My forum is opening today in a few hours and i want to make sure everything secure.

I've followed Matt's guides about decreasing the vulnerability of getting hacked.

I haven't changed permission in the ftp as i dont know which one to change.

Football Manager Forums seem to get hacked quite often so can any guide me how to make this not possible?

I've already changed the admincp URL.

Add an ACP pin. You can find the tut by googling mybb ACP pin.
Htpasswd your admin directory
Add minimal CHMOD permissions to files
Limit FTP accounts, and have strong, unique passwords.

Register on mybb security .net if you're are so concerned abOut your security. There you can find great people to help you.

Oh yeah - and keep MyBB up to date. But I bet that was in the guide.
