Arrg! Is there a way I can change the top MyBB logo to my own logo and move it over to the right side of the page?

Edit the .logo class of your theme's global.css to move it to right. You also have to edit the path of your new logo in: AdminCP > Themes > Your theme > edit > and scroll down to the page where the option is "Board Logo".

Where do I find global.css and on what line it the .logo class?

In most of the times, .logo class don't exist. You must create it.

Global.css can be found in AdminCP->Tempaltes & Style->(your theme)->global.css->Edit Stylesheet: Advanced Mode.
