This is not my forum, but the person who made it claims he made the theme from scratch. Did he really?

Looks like a simple theme. There's every chance he did make it himself.

The only reason I'm asking is because it's his first forum, he just made the forum yesterday, and I could SWEAR I've seen that exact theme before.

Yeah, I've seen the exact theme somewhere too!

EDIT: I've searched through the themes but I didn't see that theme. so, yeah he probably made it.
