the members wants to register on my site, they reach out directly to this page (registration)

how do I make this ?

i know there are many rules to open up the subject in this chapter. everybody can see this subject in their own sites. there is no need to give url and Test user account so im working localhost.

i have only one purpose to remove registration agreement. everybody can test in their own sites. i want a recording system, one-legged
