Didn't want to post this in support since it's not a top priority at all, but my OCD is playing up.
Problem: There is one damn unnapproved post somewhere which is displayed here:

So I'm like "Challenge Accepted". I go into ACP to try and find it, so I can approve it and remove the crappy little (1) beside the stat. I see this:

If not:
SELECT * FROM mybb_posts WHERE visible='0'

Did you rebuild the cache? The array contains modposts which stores the amount of unapproved posts.
There is no "modposts" that's the point, lol.
There is no option there for me to rebuild.
Oops, now I feel stupid. Need a facepalm smiley here.
Rebuilt it, nothing has changed.
I've had this too. Bug exists. One day I'll track it down.
If only there was a way to search a type of moderator action. If I could search for it in mod logs, I can find the thread and simply approve it. This is doing my absolute head in. 1.6.7 needs to fix this just for me
