hi how can i set it so that only some groups can change the Current Custom User Title:

AdminCP > Users and Groups > Groups > Edit the usergroup you want to allow them to use Custom Usertitle > and Under "Users and Permissions tab" tick "Can use custom user titles?" checkbox.

Untick the same option from all other usergroups.
