Well, I´m new to mybb. Everything is working ok in my forum, but I have some question about .htaccess.
I wanted to install google seo plugin, but then (as I understood) I needed to make a htassess.
I´m haveing 3 sites on my hosting account, t
exaple.com
site.com
forum.com
Let´s say forum.com is the head/root domain, and the two others is addon domain. When I did try to change my homepage from index.php to portal.php the other two addon domains where not working. In cpanel I did try with forward forum.com to forward.com/portal.php and everything is working fine.
But as you can see, I have then no .htaccess file,
q 1: Does it hurt?
q 2: How can I then get google seo plugin working.
q 3: IF I have to make an .htaccess how would it look like, so the addon domain/sites still will work?
