I recently installed the Google SEO plugin. I can not get (or perhaps find) the sitemap.

I have hit yes on "Enable Google SEO Sitemap" in general section, then filled out the Sitemap section.

My site is Kentuckytrainers.com.

The MyBB is located in the forums folder.

I have tried searching
http://www.kentuckytrainers.com/forums/sitemap.xml
http://www.kentuckytrainers.com/sitemap-index.xml
http://www.kentuckytrainers.com/forums/s...-index.xml

Google Webmaster has not recognized any of these. Am I missing a step? I have left the Sitemap URL scheme at sitemap-{url}.xml so I wouldn't have to play with the .htaccess files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
if you havent already got it working do this....
create your site in google webmaster
click on add sitemap and when it asks for the sitemap name
type sitemap-index.xml
that will do it.
I've just installed it today and thats what I did to get it working.
Thanks for the tip, however it wasn't successful. Any other ideas?
go to task manager and manually run the "create thread sitemap" task. I did the same on my website.

Thanks for the response! I'm afraid I can't find that option. Where is the task manager, and which software are you using?
Thanks!
sorry for late reply. Here is the link http://mods.mybb.com/view/sitemap-generator . Download this. Install and activate ( first change compatibility from 1.4 to 1.6). Then go to task manager and run the task manually. The sitemap should be created. http://yoursite.com/sitemap.xml you need to submit the sitemap manually. I am using it. Hope it helps.

and sorry for misguiding you first time. Smile
^ that isn't necessary.
Go to your plugins page, is there any alerts/errors under Google SEO plugin?
