Have you experienced this? When I'm trying to open my forum on my desktop, it keeps on saying that connection timed out blah blah blah. Huh But other members can open it with their laptop or desktop. Sorry for my bad English. Can you help me about this? Thanks.

Contact your host. I've experienced this before when my host was using a firewall to block people after an x amount of packets.

not Sure but one of friend using a forum had similar issue later was found a DDOS attack was the reason
