Forum URL? Have you cleared your cache? Are you sure your FTP client is set to overwrite files?
Upload the logo to ./images/thecure/logo.jpg
Did that, still not appearing.
No, you didn't. The file is named logo.png, and the site is requesting logo.jpg.

So, do you I have change it to a JPG?
Usually you can just change it with a rename. But sometimes that corrupts the file, I learned the other day.
