Is there anyway to delete this?

Your screenshot is very tiny, and no link has been provided to your forum.
But, I'm guessing that's in the "Header" template somewhere.

Admin CP > Templates & Styles > Templates > THE THEME YOU'RE USING > Header Templates

Then it could be in one of those templates.

To delete the "Open Buddy List" link? You need to delete it in your template. I can't figure out which with only that image, but I guess that it's the header.

EDIT: Oh, ninja weBex.

Templates > header > search for that link, IIRC. I used that theme in the past.
