I have downloaded the board message module and
I copied it to the inc folder but when I check in my admin at plugin manager it doesn't appear!

can anyone tell me the problem

in your inc folder? Try uploading it into your inc/plugins folder and see what that does ...

I installed it well now and I have activated it.
But how do I ad something to the board message?

I think there's a setting in the ACP.

ACP -> Board Settings -> Change -> Board Message Settings
