Hi guys, I seem to be receiving the following error messages on my board:

These errors are usually momentarily and will eventually disappear. The errors persist though, so one minute they will appear and a few minutes later my forum will be up and running smoothly. The main problem is, over the past week, I've notice that my forum has became very slow.
Is there any quick-fix for these types of errors?
